When refunds are available and how to request one.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you have completed less than 30% of the course content and decide the course is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are not available after 14 days from purchase date or if more than 30% of course content has been accessed. Coaching session add-ons are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
EU consumers have the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By purchasing and immediately accessing digital content, you waive this right in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive. The 14-day guarantee described above is provided voluntarily in addition to any statutory rights.
